Four pillars.
One full life.

Each week is built around a different dimension of who you are, not just your career. This is what makes the Friendship Lab different from any other social club in Houston.

01 INNER WORK

You First

Self-discovery and emotional wellness. Before you get to know others, you have to know yourself. We start here on purpose with reflection, honesty, and the kind of conversations that crack you open in the best way because lasting great friendships start with understanding who you are.

Sample events:
  • Full-day retreat
  • Guided reflection workshop
02 OUTER WORK

Move. Together.

Physical wellness and movement. Feel good while getting to know your cohort in a different context; something about seeing each other sweaty just makes the bond a little more real.

Sample events:
  • 80s Pickleball
  • Pilates and Palomas
03 BOSS WORK

Money Moves.

Money, career, and vision. You’re building something meaningful, and your financial health and career direction matter. We create space to talk about money, ambition, and the inspiration behind your next money move.

Sample events:
  • Entrepreneurship panel
  • Career mapping workshop
04 NO WORK

Have Fun.

No resumes, business cards, or ulterior motives. Just fun for the sake of fun, because play isn’t optional, it’s essential for balance. Make unforgettable memories and discover Houston’s hidden gems through one-of-a-kind experiences that turn strangers into friends.

Sample events:
  • Opera night
  • House party
I felt stuck in more ways than one, like I had outgrown the city and everything in it. Now I have a completely different perspective that makes me feel like a new version of myself.
